Dear Parents and Players,

We are delighted to announce that the Lions U16 and U19 teams will go on tour to Milan for a full weekend of rugby!

We will train together and play against the U16 and U18 of CUS Milano Rugby: https://www.cusmilanorugby.it/

Their team will then visit us for training and games in May-June 2025, date still to be defined.

The tour will take place on the weekend of February 1st and 2nd 2025.

Please save the date!

An initial draft program is as follows:
• Departure on Friday evening (31st January) by train;
• On Saturday morning we will visit Milan city centre and in the afternoon we will have a joint training and dinner with our hosts;
• On Sunday morning, we will play full games and return to Switzerland in the afternoon, by train.

The players and coaches will stay at Meininger Hotel Milano Lambrate. If parents and friends want to come, they are more than welcome but will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.

The cost will be approximately 200-250 CHF, depending on the train ticket and hotel cost, and will include the activities listed above (breakfast in hotel is included).
A deposit of 100 CHF is required to reserve the hotel and train, the rest will be calculated when the precise costs are defined.
